GM Sucks Kidwell, a severely disabled Vietnam Veteran on
a fixed VA Disability Income purchased a brand new Chevy Truck. The first weeks the engine would die, the transmission slipped,
the gas gague always said full, there was an electrical short and the light would all go out at night, and a door would fly
open, and leaked water inside. GM The
GM Dealership tried to fix the truck but as soon as they fixed on part, another broke, and the Dealership gave up and said
it was a Lemon. GM General
Motors admitted the truck was junk but refused to fix it telling Kidwell to use the Florida Lemon Law Process. GM The Lemon Law Hearing found the truck had a defective
engine, defective transmission, defective Gas Gauge, Defective Door, leaking windows, and was substantially imparied, and
far exceeded being considered a "Lemon". GM GM still refused to honor their warranty. GM Kidwell filed suit in the United States District Court at Fort Myers and the attorney for the NEW
General Motors, Attorney Phyllis Sumner, filed a Motion claiming that GM will NOT honor it's warranty because of the Bankruptcy
Court. GM The GM
Warranty is all a scam. GM has no intent of honoring their warranty if it costs them more than a few dollars. GM If your engine, or transmission, or something
major goes wrong you are screwed. GM will NOT honor their warranty!!!!
