In Florida, the Florida Attorney General is responsible
for overseeing Lemon Law Hearings, and making sure they are honest, so Kidwell sent proof that the hearing was "rigged",
that perjury was used, and that GM was concealing evidence, that proved Kidwell was entitled to Lemon Law
Relief, to then Florida Attorney General, Charlie Crist.

General Charlie Crist did not respond so Kidwell sent letter, after letter, with evidence the whole Lemon Law Process was
corrupted in Florida.

letters to Attorney General Charlie Crist, and then Governor Charlie Crist, and NEVER was any of Kidwell's
victim complaint letters, that contained proof of GM Corruption, in the Florida Lemon Law Process, responded to.

is one of the most dishonest, and corrupt, corporations in American History.

General Motors Lobbyists appear to control Governor Crist's Administration, or in the least, have far more "influence"
than any Florida Consumer should want over their governor.

"Policy" for Governor Charlie Crist was set by GM Lobbyist Chanta G. Combs.

2. GM Lobbyist Fred O. Dickinson III was in charge of the Florida
Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles.

Dickinson is
known by the Class Action Lawsuit against him, that was Settled, for obtaining personal information about Florida Citizens,
from their State Driver's License Records, and illegally "giving" it to mass marketers.

This appeared extremely unethical, so Kidwell did
some more research, and found General Motors was spreading money everywhere in Florida, to buy influence.

The 527 Political Filing Information showed GM "donated" several
hundred thousand dollars to the Republican Governor's Association.

on it's payroll, just for Florida.

Les Hendrson, exposing what appears to be extremely unethicial conduct by Governor Crist, when he was Attorney General,
hushing up the Pearlman Scouting Fraud Criminal Investigation.

State Attorney investigating Pearlman was actually fired for doing her job too good. [Pearlman is now in prison but
there appears to have been a cover-up to protect him when Crist was Attorney General.]

"favors" to his friend Steven M. Scott.

Complaints have been filed against Governor Crist, and his Chief of Staff, for failing to investigate a major donor, the Convergys
Corporation, which has been involved in unethical, and illegal, conduct.

on his research, so far, there is no doubt in Kidwell's mind that Florida Lemon Laws are not enforced by the State
of Florida, because GM has bought, paid for, and OWNS the Florida State Government.
