1. In your vehicle Warranty Manual you are usually given a toll-free Phone
Number to call General Motors, and a mail address to write, if you have a Complaint, or problem.

What General Motors does not tell you is that to INTENTIONALLY DECEIVE YOU the phone number,
and address, is not really for General Motors, but for a "Third Party" hired by GM to pretend that they
are GM Employees, and to trick you. GM used the SITEL Corporation for years and recently changed to IBM.

So when you call, believing you are talking to a GM Employee, you are really talking to either a SITEL,
or IBM, Corporation Employee.

GM Motor Vehicle Manual was actually FRAUDULENT. It was not truthful about who the Phone Number, and address, for vehicle

2. After deceiving you in the Owner's Manual, when
you call the 800 phone number it will be answered by a SITEL (or IBM) employee who will fraudulently claim they are a "GM
Customer Relationship Manager" and give you a fake address of General Motors, which is usually something like "Their
name, Customer Relationship Manager, Chevrolet Division, GM Corporate Headquarters, P.O. Box, Detroit, Mi".

The address is for a Post Office Box where yet
another third party, is hired by GM to forward your letter, to the SITEL (or IBM) employee you really talked to, which
is usually back to the state you are in.

For example, I
live in Florida and was deceived by GM into sending letters to that fake address in Detroit, believing I was writing to an
actual GM Corporate Official at GM's Headquarters in Detroit, however the letters were SECRETLY being forwarded back to Florida
to a SITEL Corporation Office in Tampa.

whole goal of this SECRET Mail Fraud Forwarding Scheme by General Motors is to deceive the consumer, violate their rights,
