GM IS BAD FOR AMERICA'S FAMILYS or Murder for Money!
In Jernigan v. GM Corp, a jury awarded a 12 year old little boy 122 Million
dollars ($122,000,000.00) because GM in a cost cutting move created, and marketed to the public, an unsafe Oldsmobile that
caused the child a devastating brain injury. In Hardy v. GM, a jury, after
learning that at least 112 people had been killed, or injured, from a defective door latch, awarded Hardy 100 Million ($100,000,000.00) in
Punitive damages. In Bishop v. General Motors, the GM Consumer died when
his gas tank blew up. What all these cases have in common is that all these victims
were maimed, or killed, because of the greed of those running General Motors. In
every case GM knew the vehicle was not safe and that it was endangering customers. None
of those victims would have been harmed if those running General Motors only had some morals. These cases are not rare. We could list dead victims of General Motors here all day! General
Motors hid a secret report, the infamous "Ivey Memo" where GM researched and decided it was "More
Cost Effective" to endanger, and kill customers with unsafe vehicles then to replace a part costing as little as

GM IS BAD FOR AMERICA'S COURT SYSTEM GM Sucks or GM Makes Sure No Court Get the Truth!
The judicial system in America depends on honesty. GM
Sucks No judge can make a fair decision unless he is given the truth. GM Sucks Yet in just every
case filed by a victim against General Motors there is nothing but lies, corruption, perjury, and evidence tampering as
GM makes sure that the truth is always hid from the Court. GM Sucks This results in
irreparable damage to America's Judicial System as a mockery is made of the State, and Federal, Courts by General Motors. GM Sucks Despite this long pattern
of criminal conduct, and the massive harm to America's Courts, there has not been any real Criminal Investigation of
General Motors. GM Sucks Yet
this Obstruction of Justice is a very serious Federal Crime! GM Sucks When Martha Stewart told a lie the government went after her like she was in the
mob. GM Sucks Barry Bonds was indicted for
lying about steroid use. GM Sucks Yet GM CEO G. Richard Wagoner has GM employees hide evidence, lie, falsify evidence, commit perjury, suborn perjury,
and commit any act, no matter how illegal, to deceive the Courts when GM is sued by a victim. GM Sucks Yet GM CEO Wagoner walks free, when he clearly belongs in prison. GM Sucks Here is a corporation that has killed hundreds, cheated thousands, and done grave
harm to America's Judicial System, and yet CEO Wagoner is not investigated, or put in prison. GM Sucks WHY??? GM Sucks Does GM CEO Wagoner, or the GM Board
of Directors, have the F.B.I., and Justice Department, in their pocket? GM
Sucks Please contact the F.B.I., the Justice Department,
and your U.S. Senator, and Congressperson and DEMAND to know why GM CEO Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors, are allowed
to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, and corrupt the Court, in every lawsuit filed by a consumer-victim against General motors. GM Sucks There is enough evidence of Criminal Obstruction
just in the case of Kidwell v. GM, to prosecute the lot, and to send them to prison! This is extremely serious since no GM Victim in
America has "Meaningful" Due Process, or First Amendment Rights until the criminals running GM are put
in prison, and America's Court Systems are made honest again.
