General Motors has fallen to number two, behind Toyota, as the World's Largest Automaker, while GM Stockholders have seen their investment dwindle to almost nothing.

GM is presently closing dealerships, and soon GM will be in bankruptsy, and in last place, if GM survives at all!

GM's downfall didn't come because of American Workers getting excessive Union Benefits or too much Pay. That's all a scam to deceive the public.

GM downfall is because it is operated by a Crime Family, headed by G. Richard Wagoner, that has cheated, and ripped off, so many American Consumers, with dishonest corporate policies, and shoddy vehicles, that the internet is saturated with General Motors Hate Sites.

GM CEO G Richard Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors, that are in Wagoner's pocket, lack the common sense, morals, and ethics to operate a lemonade stand, and are not fit to run General Motors.

Wagoner's Crime Family are using mail fraud, and false advertising, telling the public GM has "Corporate Ethics" while they operate GM with no ethics, and a "Cost Effective Policy".

What the "Cost Effective Policy" means is that if replacing a two dollar part on many cars, that makes the vehicle dangerious, and could cause the horrable death of a family, will cost more than letting a few families get killed, and fighting the lawsuits, than GM does not replace the part, and intentionally lets some families die.

That's because it is more "COST EFFECTIVE", or profitable, to intentionally kill those families with a dangerious car, then to make a lot of defective cars safe.

Despite phony public statements by GM CEO G. Richard Wagoner about "Corporate Ethics", Wagoner, and the GM Board of Directors have NO ETHICS, and should be put on trial for many cases of manslaughter!

Not only is making vechicles safe for families "the right thing to do" but any car manufacturer that knows a vehicle is unsafe, or defective, has a DUTY to make that vehicle safe.
