Disabled Vietnam Veteran, Billy Kidwell, caught Judge Keith Kyle in Charlotte County Florida knowingly
accepting a Perjured Affidavit from a close Attorney "Friend" of his, Brian Beason, to fix a lawsuit.

Having irreflutable proof that the Affidavit
was Perjured, since the Tennessee Division of Attorney Regulation, where the Affidavit was made, had investigated and found
the Affidavit was make by a FAKE Tennessee Attorney, committing perjury, Kidwell reported this
to the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission, since a Florida Judge knew all this and was knowing accepting the Perjured
Affidavit to illegally overturn a lawsuit for a friend.

The Constitutional Rights of a 100% Service-Connected Veteran was illegally taken
by Judge John Duryea, as RETALIATION, because Kidwell reported Judges using a Perjured Affidavit to FIX a lawsuit.
The "Official" reason Judge John Duryea gave for taking Disabled
Vietnam Veteran Kidwell's Constitutional Rights away was "Judge Duryea felt there would be less litigation if only attorneys
were allowed before the Court".
Most of the litigation in the case
was caused when the State of Tennessee Attorney General informed Kidwell that the Affidavit the Florida Court was using was
the fruit of a crime called the Unauthorized Practice of Law, and Kidwell reported it to the Court.
Then more litigation was caused when the Tennessee Supreme Court informed Kidwell the "Attorney"
that gave the Affidavit the Court was using to fix the case for local Attorney, Brian Beason, was given by a FAKE Tennessee
Attorney, not licensed to practice law, who was engaged in the crime of the "Unauthorized Practice of Law".
The massive litigation was caused by the Defendant, Gibson Guitar, bribing a
Notary Public in Tennessee to notorize a Perjured Affidavit by a FAKE Attorney in Tennessee, and then have a dishonest local
Attorney, Brian Beason, submit the Perjured Affidavit to the Charlotte County Court, and have judges he is "friends"
with use the illegal Affidavit to fix the lawsuit for him.
