Edwards Honeywell, at Fort Myers Florida, issued an ORDER in Kidwell v. G. Richard Wagoner, et al., Case
2:09-CV-108-FtM-36-DNF overturning the GM Bankruptcy Court ORDER that made the new General Motors Company, LLC liable for
new Vehicle Warranties.

Judge Honeywell stated that pursuant to the General Motors Bankruptcy GM Consumers were barred from
enforcing their new GM Vehicle Warranties, and could not prosecute State Lemon Law Actions, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act Claims,
or any other kind of new Vehicle Warranty Claim against the new General Motors, LLC.

What this means is that if you have a GM Vehicle that was under warranty
at the time of the Bankruptcy, or you have purchased a new GM Vehicle RECENTLY since the Bankruptcy,
your GM New Vehicle Warranty isn't worth squat! You've been ripped off!

The former General Motors Corporation had it's attorneys draft a Master Sale and Purchase Agreement for the
GM Bankruptcy Proceeding in which the Assets of the former General Motors were transfered, free, and clear of any debtor claims,
to the new General Motors Company, which at that time was called NGMCO, Inc. [You can download a copy of that document below

that Master Sale Agreement the obligations of the former General Motors Corporation, as to ALL GM
Vehicle Warranties, ALL Lemon Law Claims against GM, ALL
Related Statutory Claims, such as Magnuson-Moss Warranty Claims, were specifically EXTEMPTfrom
the Bankruptcy, and were specifically passed on to the new General Motors Company, LLC as an ASSUMED ASSET.

OBAMA SAID ON TV THAT GENERAL MOTORS WOULD HONOR ALL WARRANTIES

President Obama stated, on National Television, that General Motors would stand behind all its
Vehicle Warranties, that the Bankruptcy "Won't affect your GM New Vehicle Warranty", and he even set up
a Federal Fund to pay the warranties.

While General Motors says on TV that it is doing GREAT, and is paying back the loans, as GM sells
billions of dollars worth of it's new Stock, it sends teams of Attorneys to the United States District Court
at Fort Myers, telling the Federal Judge there it doesn't have the money to honor warranties, and is in DIRE FINANCIAL
TROUBLE, and is protected from honoring it's Warranties because it is still in Bankruptcy.

off America selling billions of dollars of its stock, and the news media is helping spread the lie that General Motors is
doing GREAT, General Motors is REFUSING to honor it's New Vehicle Warranties, and tells a Federal Judge it can't fix one new
Defective Truck because it is broke, and GM wants Bankruptcy Protection.
