According to President Obama General Motors is responsible for its vehicle warranties and if GM does not have the money
the United States Government will honor the Warranties.

In reality, General
Motors has a long history, pattern, and POLICY that if a defect on a vehicle is minor they will repair it however it it is
something major, an engine starts to knock, or a transmission slips, General Motors will not only refuse to honor their warranty,
but they will lie, falsify records, hire others to lie, and commit any crime to cheat the GM Consumer.

POLICY of not honoring their warranties has proven to be "Cost Effective" for General Motors, and has continued
with the present CEO of General Motors, and his Board of Directors.

Disabled
Veteran Billy Kidwell purchased a new GM Truck. After a week it wouldn't start and the transmission was leaking fluid all
over Kidwell's driveway. GM refused to fix it.

took the defective truck to a Florida Lemon Law Hearing. Florida found that the truck had a manufacturer defective engine,
defective transmission, electrical shorts, doors that opened while driving, and that the truck was a complete LEMON, would
not start, and was not safe to drive if it could be started.

STILL refused to fix Kidwell's truck or to honor their warranty.

Kidwell
sued in State Court.

After three years of getting caught lying dozens
of time, caught concealing evidence, caught hiding witnesses, the case was getting close to trial so GM Attorneys told the
State Court that GM was immune from lawsuits, and protected from the Lemon Laws, and protected from honoring their warranties
by the Bankruptcy Court's ORDERS. That GM was Bankrupt.

Kidwell sued the
former CEO of GM, and the GM Board of Directors PERSONALLY in Federal Court for their ongoing dishonesty, falsification of
records, paying a witness to lie, and interstate Mail Fraud Scheme to avoid honoring their warranties.

The
new General Motors misappropriated millions of taxpayer TARP dollars to hire two lawfirms, full of former Federal U.S. Attorneys,
and one with a former Federal Judge, in an effort to "fix" the PRIVATE, PERSONAL Lawsuit against the old GM Management,
by making sure the evidence is concealed, and that the case never makes it to trial.

new General Motors hired one legal team in Georgia with 180 Attorneys, and another legal team in Miami with 130 attorneys,
TO GO AGAINST ONE (1) SEVERELY DISABLED VETERAN, and gave GM's Attorneys instructions to keep the truth out of the Court,
no matter what laws those attorneys had to break, to hide the truth.

U.S. Congress make it clear such employment PERKS were not allowed with federal tax dollars.

Paying to hire OVER 330 attorneys, TOTAL, as an Employment PERK for former
GM Executives, to go against one severly disabled Veteran, to keep from providing the Veteran with a truck that actually starts,
and runs, like Kidwell paid GM for, or to keep from returning the $26,000 they STOLE from the Veteran, would have OUTRAGED
Congress.

President Obama said the federal TARP funds
were intended to HONOR warranties, not to harass a severely disabled Veteran, and violate GM's Warranty, helping
GM STEAL over $26,000 from the Veteran, by providing a truck that won't even start, and needs to be pushed around.

CEO Edward E. Whitacre, a thief cut from the same cloth as GM's former Executives, paid
those massive teams of attorneys to intentionally lie to the United States District Court in Fort Myers, Florida by filing
motion, after motion, claiming the new GM was immune from honoring its warranties, and immune from State Lemon Law Actions,
because of the Bankruptcy Court ORDER.

honor warranties ????

obtained a copy of the Bankruptcy Court ORDER and it proves the old GM Executives, the new GM Executives, and their massive
teams of attorneys ALL INTENTIONALLY LIED TO THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT!

The Bankruptcy Court ORDER says that "GM Warranties, State Lemon Law Actions, and related Lemon
Law, or warranty, Enforcement, is NOT protected by the Bankruptcy Court, and is a TRANSFERED ASSECT, and responsibility,
of the NEW General Motors LLC.

judgment against the dishonest party, and send them to jail with Criminal Contempt Charges.

this case, the severely disabled Veteran, Billy Kidwell, was harassed so much by the hundreds of attorneys, and the constant
lies, that he suffered a possible heart attack, and needed medical care for his heart.

Under
these circumstances, if Edward E. Whitacre, the present, and past GM Executives, and their attorneys are not found in CONTEMPT
and sent to jail something is seriously wrong.
