The Scheme by GM Corporate Governance, such as the GM CEO, Chairman, Board of Directors, and President is to DECEIVE
potential consumers about;

and how General Motors has a "
Third Party", the Sitel Corporation, administer that warranty. [Please
note that the

Sitel Corporate Web Site intentionally do NOT tell the prospective consumer that the Sitel Corporation administers the avertised GM Warranty.

(b) GM Corporate Governance want to conceal how dishonest, and horrable, GM really
treats its customers, when they have anything other than a minor problem with their vehicle.

(c) GM Corporate Governance conceals their long history in case, after case, of fraud, such as
lying, falsifying evidence, concealing evidence favorable to the GM Consumer, and committing just about any illegal act, to
cheat GM Consumers, and avoid honoring their warranty.

4. A Federal Law called
the
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act requires Vehicle Manufacturers, like General Motors, to be completely honest about their warranty, to the consumer,
and to provide the potential consumer free, and full, access to their warranty
BEFORE they make
a vehicle purchase decision.

The Congressional Intent of
the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act is to let consumers compare warranties, on a major purchase such as a vehicle, BEFORE
they made the decision to buy.

5. It would be legal for
GM to hire a THIRD PARTY, like the Sitel Corporation, to administer your waranty IF
they were truthful, and told you the Sitel Corporation was administering the advertised GM Warranty.

It is the intentional DECEPTION, and the great lengths that GM Corporate
Governance go to, in their elaborate SCHEME to keep it SECRET, that a third party, the Sitel Corporation, actually
administers their advertised GM Warranty, that DIRECTLY violates the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and the intent of
Congress.

6. General Motors puts a Customer Service Phone Number in their Vehicle Warranty
Books, and gives this same Customer Service Phone Number to State Attorneys, where it is posted on many State Web Sites, for
GM Consumers that need to contact General Motors. One such number is 1-800-231-1841. (Sometimes GM calls this the "GM
Business Resource Center" to deceive GM Customers but it is really a phone number to the Sitel Corporation.)

When a GM Customer has a minor problem the dealership will usually fix it, however should you get a Lemon, or have a major
problem like an engine go bad, or a transmission slipping, you will have to call the GM Customer Service Number, in many cases
1-800-231-1841. This is where the fraud starts!

8. When you call the GM Phone Number
you are SECRETLY transfered to a Sitel Corporation Employee that POSES as being a GM Employee, and will often use a GM Title to help deceive you, such as
"GM Customer Service Manager", or a similar title. They will never tell you they work for the Sitel
Corporation. The goal is to deceive you and make you think you are dealing with GM.

9. If you want to complain about
your GM Vehicle, or make a Lemon Law Complaint, the Sitel Employee, posing as a GM Employee,
will tell you to send your Complaint to them at the GM Headquarters in Detroit, where GM will SECRETLY forward your letter
BACK to the Sitel Employee, usually back in the state you live in.

The ONLY reason possible for the Sitel Employee NOT
to reveal that they work for the Sitel Corporation, and for them to tell you they are a "GM Customer Relations Manager",
and FRAUDULENTLY give their mailing address as being with General Motors in Detroit, while having their mail SECRETLY
forwarded back to them in a different state, IS TO INTENTIONALLY DECEIVE YOU, THE GM CONSUMER!

This intentional DECEPTION, as to the Sitel Corporation by General Motors Corporate Governance, is not only
DISHONEST, and a Direct Violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, but it is part of a Scheme by GM Goverance to violate
your Statory Rights to Lemon Law Relief, and your Constitutional Rights to the Courts, by making sure you don't even know
the name of the company you are dealing with, on your warranty.
